United Way Fresno and Madera Counties will host its first annual United for Good Awards Luncheon to highlight and honor community-based organization (CBO) partners across Fresno and Madera Counties for their outstanding work on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Palomino Event Center in downtown Fresno.
Award categories will focus on specific populations served, programmatic work, measurable impact, and leadership such as:
Excellence in Community Award
Small Nonprofit Impact Award
Rural Impact Award
Health & Wellness Impact Award
Education Advancement Impact Award
Economic Mobility Impact Award
Emerging Nonprofit Award (≤ 5 Years)
Nonprofit Executive Leader of the Year (Individual)
Volunteer of the Year (Individual)
Board Member Excellence Award (Individual)
